Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to NovaAC websites, the dashboard, license delivery, support systems, anti-cheat software, hosted services, Discord integrations, and related tools.

Public policy for NovaAC accounts, licenses, anti-cheat services, and support systems.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

NovaAC is an independent FiveM anti-cheat software project. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our websites, buy or redeem a license, access the dashboard, use the anti-cheat resource, use our hosted API, join support channels, receive updates, or otherwise interact with NovaAC.

NovaAC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, Discord, Google, Stripe, Resend, or any other third-party platform unless that party states otherwise.

2. Acceptance

By using NovaAC, purchasing a license, installing the resource, authenticating a server, opening the dashboard, or using our support systems, you agree to these Terms. If you use NovaAC for a server, community, clan, organization, or other group, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that group.

If you do not agree, do not install or use NovaAC. You are responsible for making sure your server staff, subusers, and administrators follow these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. You may not use NovaAC if you are barred from doing so by law, platform rules, payment-provider rules, or prior suspension by us. You may not purchase or use NovaAC on behalf of someone else without permission.

4. Accounts and login providers

NovaAC accounts may use Discord and Google OAuth. We may store account profile data, email address, avatar, linked provider identifiers, provider access or refresh tokens where needed for account features, JWT session tokens, license associations, and account status information.

  • You must keep your account, dashboard session, license key, script token, and server configuration secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by invited subusers or staff.
  • You must not share dashboard access, license keys, API credentials, or generated resources with unauthorized people.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or remove access if account activity creates security, abuse, payment, or legal risk.

5. Licenses

When you receive a NovaAC license, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NovaAC for the plan, term, server, and usage limits shown at purchase or assigned by support.

  • Licenses may be time-limited, recurring, lifetime, trial, manually issued, or promotional.
  • Licenses may be linked to a NovaAC account, Discord identity, Google identity, server IP, server identifier, configuration, or script token.
  • Licenses may be reset, extended, suspended, blacklisted, or revoked if required for support, fraud prevention, security, payment issues, or Terms enforcement.
  • Subusers may be granted limited permissions for a license, such as access to home, player, ban, and configuration areas.

A license gives you permission to use NovaAC. It does not transfer ownership of the NovaAC code, detection logic, dashboard, branding, documentation, assets, update pipeline, or hosted infrastructure.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and digital delivery

Purchases are processed through Stripe or another checkout provider we make available. We do not receive full payment card numbers from Stripe embedded checkout. We may receive checkout/session IDs, payment status, customer email, plan metadata, license keys, amounts, and other information needed to verify payment and deliver the license.

  • Recurring plans renew according to the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled according to the payment-provider or dashboard flow available to you.
  • Prices, features, and plan availability may change for future purchases or renewals.
  • Taxes, currency conversion, card fees, chargeback fees, and bank charges may depend on your location and payment method.
  • Once a license key or digital access has been generated or delivered, the purchase is treated as delivered.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable after digital delivery, license activation, use of the service, or generation of a license key. If mandatory consumer law gives you withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or chargeback rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

7. Installation and updates

NovaAC may require server-side resources, a license file, configuration files, script tokens, hosted API access, WebSocket connections, update checks, file integrity checks, and generated downloads. You are responsible for installing NovaAC correctly, keeping server files secure, applying updates, and reviewing configuration before use.

We may provide updates, detection changes, bypass patches, configuration defaults, file validation, and security changes at any time. Some updates may be required for continued service access or license validity.

8. Anti-cheat features and evidence

NovaAC provides anti-cheat and moderation tools for FiveM servers. Depending on configuration, NovaAC may process or display player names, identifiers, IP-related identifiers, token data, local anti-cheat tokens, detection reasons, admin actions, screenshots, short video clips, instant replays, live monitoring streams, server names, server IP information, resource integrity data, and other evidence generated by the anti-cheat.

Detection tools are technical aids. They are not a guarantee that every cheat, exploit, bypass, or malicious user will be detected. They are also not a guarantee that every detection will be correct. You remain responsible for configuring detections, deciding enforcement rules, reviewing evidence, handling appeals, and communicating with players.

9. Server-owner responsibilities

If you run a server using NovaAC, you are responsible for your server community and how NovaAC is deployed there. You must:

  • Use NovaAC only on servers you own, administer, or are authorized to protect.
  • Tell players that anti-cheat and moderation tools are active before or when they join, where required by law or platform rules.
  • Maintain your own server rules, ban appeal process, staff permissions, and community moderation standards.
  • Use screenshots, replay clips, live streams, identifiers, and other evidence only for legitimate security, moderation, fraud prevention, and support purposes.
  • Keep Discord webhooks, license keys, API credentials, dashboard sessions, and server files confidential.
  • Comply with applicable laws, privacy requirements, platform terms, and FiveM/Cfx.re rules.

10. Player-facing enforcement

Server bans, kicks, warnings, blacklists, screenshots, replay review, live monitoring, and similar enforcement actions are generally controlled by the server owner or authorized staff. NovaAC may provide automated detection, evidence, dashboard logs, and delivery infrastructure, but the server owner is responsible for the final handling of player disputes unless we directly suspend a NovaAC account or license.

11. Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not help anyone else:

  • Reverse engineer, deobfuscate, modify, copy, resell, leak, sublicense, rent, or redistribute NovaAC software, detection logic, generated downloads, or private documentation.
  • Bypass, test against, disable, tamper with, or interfere with NovaAC protections except with our written permission.
  • Use NovaAC to harass, dox, threaten, extort, stalk, or unlawfully monitor people.
  • Submit fake payments, chargeback fraud, stolen payment details, fake support claims, or misleading account information.
  • Attack, scrape, overload, scan, exploit, or disrupt NovaAC infrastructure, APIs, dashboards, WebSockets, uploads, Discord integrations, or payment flows.
  • Upload malware, cheats, stolen data, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Use NovaAC in a way that violates applicable law, court orders, sanctions rules, platform terms, or third-party rights.

12. Discord, webhooks, and third-party services

NovaAC may use Discord for login, support, tickets, bot commands, evidence delivery, webhooks, and community communication. It may use Google for account linking, Stripe for checkout, Resend for email, proxy services for media upload forwarding, and hosting or infrastructure providers for service delivery.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, rules, moderation decisions, data handling, or account actions by third-party platforms.

13. Support

Support may be provided through Discord, dashboard tools, tickets, documentation, email, or other channels we make available. We may require license keys, transaction IDs, server details, logs, screenshots, or other diagnostic information to help you. Support availability, response times, and scope are not guaranteed unless we separately agree in writing.

14. Availability and service changes

NovaAC may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, incidents, abuse mitigation, provider outages, network failures, or events outside our control. We may modify, suspend, remove, or replace features, pricing, plans, dashboard areas, APIs, supported configurations, or integrations at any time.

We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of evidence, compatibility with every FiveM build or server setup, or continued availability of any specific detection.

15. Security

You must not disclose vulnerabilities, bypasses, private detections, generated files, license validation methods, or operational details publicly without permission. If you discover a vulnerability, report it privately through our support channels and do not exploit it beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.

16. Intellectual property

NovaAC and its software, dashboard, logos, detection systems, generated files, UI, documentation, graphics, videos, templates, configuration formats, and infrastructure are owned by NovaAC or its licensors. You may not remove copyright, license, security, watermark, or attribution notices.

You keep ownership of your own server content, configuration values, staff notes, and support submissions. You grant us the rights needed to host, transmit, process, debug, secure, and display that content for NovaAC operations.

17. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, ideas, or other feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation. You confirm that your feedback does not contain information you are not allowed to share.

18. Account deletion and data effects

NovaAC includes an account deletion flow using an email OTP. Deleting an account may delete licenses linked to that account and may remove account access. Some data may remain where needed for security, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, legal obligations, backups, logs, or records connected to other server owners, tickets, punishments, or payment records.

19. Suspension, revocation, and blacklisting

We may suspend accounts, revoke dashboard access, blacklist licenses, block downloads, invalidate tokens, reset IP locks, disable webhooks, or refuse support if we believe there has been abuse, fraud, cheating, leakage, reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, payment failure, security risk, Terms violation, or legal risk.

20. Disclaimers

NovaAC is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that NovaAC will be uninterrupted, error-free, cheat-proof, bypass-proof, compatible with every server, free from false positives, or suitable for every community. You are responsible for testing configuration changes and enforcement settings before relying on them.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaAC and the people who operate or contribute to it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost players, server downtime, reputational harm, data loss, lost evidence, payment-provider issues, platform bans, or community disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of NovaAC and its operators for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to NovaAC for the affected license during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if you paid nothing.

22. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold NovaAC and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your server, your configuration, your enforcement decisions, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of evidence, your violation of law or platform rules, or actions by your staff or subusers.

23. Legal compliance and export controls

You must comply with all laws that apply to your use of NovaAC, including privacy, consumer, payment, tax, sanctions, export-control, and computer-misuse laws. You may not use NovaAC where doing so would be unlawful.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as NovaAC changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, dashboard, Discord, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
